The ServiceNow integration allows you to connect a ServiceNow account to each of your customers and suppliers. This creates a two way sync between Halo and ServiceNow. Tickets raised in Halo can be synced to ServiceNow as Incidents or Tasks, with any updates to the ticket updating the record in ServiceNow. Webhooks are used to have Tasks and Incidents raised in ServiceNow create tickets in Halo automatically, and have updates to these records update the ticket in Halo.
