Halo Service Ticket Dashboard

  • A report containing several widgets showing the count of open, closed, or resolved tickets. This also displays the averages of time to respond, or to resolution.

Halo Dispatch Dashboard

  • A dashboard showing different card numbers for per priority of tickets and column charts for the count of tickets, as well as the average specific time used to work on those tickets. Tickets data is across all boards which could be filtered out via the board name slicer.
