– What makes a ticket a project task.
As mentioned in the introduction to this course, Projects & Project Tasks are simply Tickets of use 'Projects'. To view the use of a Ticket Type, head to Configuration > Tickets > Ticket Types, then check the use of the Ticket's type under the details tab.

Project tasks can also be selected in the hierarchy dropdown, this is a requirement for a ticket to be considered as a project task by the system. Beyond this, all configuration options are similar to those found in our Service Desk Course.
