With this integration, Halo users can create and manage quotes and proposals for their products and service offerings.

Actions can be created that allow you to open the new quote screen in ITQuoter from an opportunity. 

When performing the action, Halo will append the Halo opportunity ID and current logged-in agent ID to your ITQuoter base application URL and browse to this in a new tab.

ITQuoter quotes can also be viewed from the linked Halo quote using the ‘View Quote (ITQuote)’ menu option. This browses to your base ITQuoter view URL and appends the linked opportunity ID and current logged-in agent ID in a new tab.
