Managing recurring payments at scale can be challenging – especially for MSPs, where clients often want to choose which services are auto-paid and which they prefer to pay manually.

RPS was created to address this need. You can easily set up profiles and custom payment rules for each customer, allowing the software to determine which invoices are auto-paid based on your preferences.

We also include a completely white-labled including subdomain, client portal, enabling your customers to pay invoices and access payment history independently, without having to contact your accounts team. Depending on your region, payments can be made via Direct Debit, ACH, or credit card.

With native integrations for Halo PSA and Xero, clients can pay directly from invoices, emails, or the portal. RPS streamlines your entire billing cycle and ensures payments are processed according to your business rules—automatically or with your review, as you choose.
