Before you found HaloITSM, what problems were you facing?
Our old ticket system was slow, difficult to use and did not provide the features that we were looking for to enable us to deliver the client experience that we strive to deliver.
Which features and integrations have you been using and why?
In terms of integrations, we are currently using N-able and Azure AD, and in terms of features, we use Asset management and the knowledge base. Going forwards, we would like to make use of the new mobile phone app as well as the LogMeIn Rescue and Exchange calendar integrations.
