HALO announces Adam Godfrey as EVP of Field Operations

Press Release

As part of the ongoing plan to accelerate the HALO platform’s global presence in the enterprise space, HALO is pleased to announce the appointment of Adam Godfrey as EVP of Field Operations. This marks another significant step in our vision to become a true market leader, with a goal of achieving $1 billion in revenue by 2028.

Adam will focus on strengthening and expanding our global partnerships – with an objective to drive 90% of our implementations and 70% of our licenses through our distribution and partner channels, while developing the professional services capabilities needed to support our continued growth. Working alongside our existing teams, he will play a key role in shaping and executing our go-to-market strategy and fostering the talent we have developed in-house as part of our trajectory.

With nearly a decade of experience in Enterprise Service Management within the ServiceNow ecosystem – including recent leadership roles held at Glidefast, Flyform, SCC – Adam brings invaluable insight into the challenges customers and partners face in keeping pace with digital transformation.

Adam Godfrey, EVP of Field Operations, HALO said:

“I’ve witnessed HALO’s impressive growth and its expansion beyond ITSM into key areas such as PSA and CRM. Having previously enjoyed working alongside founders, when I met Paul, heard his story, and gained a deeper understanding of the HALO way, I knew this role—along with the disruption HALO can bring to the industry—made it the perfect opportunity for me.”

Paul Hamilton, CEO, HALO said:

“From the moment I first met Adam, it was clear to me we share aligned values, drive and ambition. Adam’s extensive experience will complement our team perfectly as we continue on our path to become market leader in the service management space.”
