Halo simply needs to know your Jira login details, default Issue Types and field mappings to sync your Halo project tickets through to Jira. Click on the Import/Sync button, and Halo will pull through all your Jira actions onto your Halo project tickets. Once the integration is done, you can look after and monitor all of your tickets from within Halo . This creates a smooth system of communication between the two platforms.
