This is the settings Tab of an organisation, you can choose what FAQ Lists the Agents have access to.

Edit | Button | Enables edit mode, and saves changes made. |
Change Logo | Button | Opens up a menu for uploading an image to use as a Logo for the Organisation. |
Settings
Field | Type | Description |
Allow use of all Ticket Types | Checkbox | When checked, all Ticket Types will be allowed to be used by the Organisation. When unchecked, a multi-select list will be presented for defining 'Allowed Ticket Types', which will act as a whitelist for ticket types. |
Allowed Ticket Types | Multiple Selection | Here values can be listed from all existing Ticket Types, those that are selected will be the only allowed to be used by members of this organisation. |
FAQ Lists that Agents can see and manage | Multiple Selection | A whitelist where FAQ lists can be added to a list of those that the Agents in this Organisation can see. Any FAQ lists marked as "Show for everyone" will ignore these restrictions. |
Self Service Portal Chat Profile Override | Single Select | Here you can select which chat profile is used for this organisation. This overrides the global chat profile set for the portal, but can be overridden at customer level. |
