This type of mailbox can only be connected using Azure or Google, as it requires an API connection to be configured. This is due to the mailbox type using the NHServer and the Halo Integrator.
The Sales Mailbox configuration allows you to integrate your Sales Mailboxes into Halo in order to update Opportunities based on inbound emails to these addresses.

When checked, outgoing agent emails will update/be added to the ticket (sent items), as well as the users emails back to the agent(inbox items). Single select | This determines how incoming emails to this mailbox are matched to existing opportunities. 'Match on Email Address and Subject' will match based on email address and subject, the address and subject of the incoming email must be an exact match to the address and subject of the email that opened the opportunity. 'Match on Email Domain' – will match based on the sender's email domain, if the domain of the sender matches an open opportunity this email will update the opportunity. |

Agent | Single Select | Here, you will need to select which agent the previously entered email address belongs to. The agent selected here will be able to see all the incoming emails to this email address. |
Enable Email Matching | Checkbox | When checked emails in this mailbox will be attempted to be matched to an opportunity/project ticket automatically, if they cannot be matched a new ticket will be created. If unchecked, agents will need to manage their incoming emails manually using the 'My Inbox' module. Each email can be checked and added to an existing opportunity, or added to a new one. |
Emails are matched to | Single select | Only applicable if 'Enable email matching' is enabled. This determines whether emails are matched to project tickets or opportunity tickets (based on the ticket type 'Use'). Individual ticket types can be excluded from matching within the configuration for the ticket type. |
