Pop-Up Notes For Customers & Contacts

It's possible to add pop-up notes against customers or contact records in Halo.

This means that whenever a ticket associated to that customer/contact is loaded, the pop-up note shows to all agents. 

To set-up a pop-up note, navigate to the following settings:

Customers:

Customers > *select customer* > settings > pop-up notes.

Contacts:

Contacts > *select contact* > preferences > pop-up notes.

Press edit then add:

Then, you can add the pop-up note here:

The checkboxes can be ticked on/off as preferred.

If modal screen is ticked, the pop-up will look like this:

If this is not ticked, the pop-up will look as followed:

The standard pop-up notes are time and date stamped, so you can see when the note was created.

Multiple notes can be added against a customer and/or contact and they will show vertically to each other.
