The Users area of HaloITSM allows you to store all end-user information in one clear and easily accessible place. HaloITSM separates all Users by 3 tiers. The top level is your Organisations, these are then separated into individual Sites and then Users are associated with their respective site(s):
Organisation level
Within each organisation you will have an overview of all ticket data within the Organisation including recent activity and any key fields and data such as contact information highlighted on the right-hand side. In addition, you have tabs displayed at the top to view additional data such as Assets, Software Licences, Documents, Services etc.
Site Level
Within the Site level you will also be presented with a similar overview tab as you'll see at the Organisation Level, this information will be specific to the site and you'll also be able to access further information through the tabs at the top of the page such as Assets, Stock, Contracts, Documents etc.
User Level
As above, at the User-level you will also get a full overview of all tickets and recent activity similar to the Organisation and Site level but this interface will display data specific to this chosen user. Here you will able to access any relevant data for the end-user as well as having access to further information via the tabs at the top of the screen for the user's assets, software, software history, documents, services, preferences etc.
Customisability
All details mentioned above are the details available out of the box for all user profiles. However, you are not just limited to these tabs and fields seen here. Like all other modules in HaloITSM custom tabs and custom fields can be created to store further relevant information at the Organisation, Site or User Level. These custom tabs and fields can be created within the custom objects area of the HaloITSM configuration.
Integrations
All of your User data can be imported into the system using a simple XLS spreadsheet import or HaloITSM also offers out-of-the-box integrations with Identity Management tools to import this data into the system on a scheduled basis, as well as allowing for further features such as single sign-on capabilities for both Agents and Users. The out-of-the-box integrations supported include Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace and Okta just to name a few. All integrations can be found within the integrations area of the system.
