| Name | Free Text | Organisation name, used for email/PDF templates. |
| Address | Free Text | Main office address, used for email/pdf templates & self-service portal footer. |
| Phone Number | Free Text | Main contact phone number for organisation, used for email/pdf templates & self-service portal footer. |
| Email Address | Free Text | primary contact email for organisation, used for email/pdf templates & self-service portal footer. |
| Web Site | URL | Organisation web address, used for email/pdf templates & self-service portal footer. |
| Bank Details Line N | Free Text | Individual bank details for your Organisation(s), more useful for multi-tenancy where this would want to be seperate for each one. |
| Tax Number | Free Text | Tax Number for your Organisation, helpful for billing defaults. |
| Portal URL | (Read only if hosted) URL | Self-Service Portal URL |
| Portal Colour | Hex colour code | Portal color theme, primarily returned as background colour for navigation bar (header) & menu button icons. |
| Portal Logo | Image | Logo returned in the top left-hand corner of Self-Service Portal. If unset, organisation logo is used. |
| Portal home screen background image URL | URL | The image returned when navigating to this URL will be used as the background for the home screen of the Self-Service portal. |
| Message Group | Single Select | Defines the set of email templates to be used when sending emails via this organisation. |
| Reply Address | Free Text | Emails from any customer to this organisation, will have the address they are sending to automatically default to the reply address set here. For example if this is set to the support@ email address and the user emails to sales@ email address, as the email comes into Halo, its "To" address will change to this default. |
