Configuration > Organisations > Select Organisation
When adding departments to your organisation you will be prompted to specify some department details & will be provided with the option to allocate members (agents and/or end-users). For our Admin Guide, we will only focus on the options presented when populating the details for your department.

| Edit | Button | Enables edit mode, and saves changes made. |
| Change Logo | Button | Opens up a menu for uploading an image to use as a Logo for the Organisation. |
Departments (All Tabs) *When Editing A Created Department*
| Field | Type | Description |
| Department Name | Free Text | Name of department (HR, Service Delivery, Finance etc..) |
| Agent Department | Checkbox | When checked, this department will be added to your organisation chart, allowing for teams/agents to be added to this department. If unchecked, only end-users can be added to this department. |
| Organisation | Read-Only Text | Displays which Organisation this department is part of. |
| Department Manager | Read-Only Text | Displays the name of the department's Manager. |
| Mailbox Override | Single Select | Determines the mailbox to be used for outbound communications from this department. |
| Message Group | Single Select | Defines the set of email templates to be used when sending emails via this department. |
| Teams | Table | Displays a list of Teams that are part of the department. Agents that are part of those Teams also have basic membership to the Department. The Team Leader is also stated here. |
| Members | Table | Displays a list of End-Users that are part of the department. The user's name, as well as their Membership level will be detailed here. i.e. you can set the agent to be department manager or you can give them basic membership level. Multiple department managers can be added to the one department. |
| Other > Templates | Table | Displays a list of the Templates that are available to the Agents in that department. |
| Other > Canned Text | Table | Displays a list of Canned Texts that are available to the Agents in that department. |
