The custom timezone clock display in HaloITSM is located on the top right of the Major Incident console, just next to the list of timers.
It shows the current time in multiple time zones such as LDN, EST, SYD, and HK, ensuring that global teams can coordinate effectively. The locations presented can be updated to Rabobank's needs with ease.
Next to the clocks, you’ll find timers that automatically track important deadlines. The Date Reported timer shows how long the incident has been open, while the Response Target and Resolution Target timers display how much time is left before these critical deadlines are reached. If any of these targets are missed, the timer turns red, signalling the need for immediate action. This visual cue helps prioritize tasks and ensure that the Major Incident is resolved within the agreed timelines.
Moreover, the Response Target and the Resolution Target are editable which allows the Major Incident Manager to adjust and make realistic targets as the Major Incident progresses.
