| Tab Name | Text | The name given to the custom tab. |
| Sequence | Integer | The order in which the custom tab is shown on the list of custom tabs. |
| Type | Single Select | The type can be iframe, dashboard, or Fields
Iframe will embed this Tab onto another website. Dashboard is used to create ticket dashboard tabs that can be added to tickets. Guide: Ticket Dashboard |
| Number of field columns | Integer | This is the number of columns the custom tab is split into, so if it was a tab on i.e. a ticket, the tab can be split into multiple different columns. |
