Field | Type | Description |
Name | Free Text | Determines the name of the Contract Type returned in the UI. This is used for reporting purposes, to see the services covered within a contract. |
Prefix | Free Text | When letting Halo generate Contract references (via clicking the 'Generate' button on the Contract details screen), the reference generated will include this prefix if the corresponding Contract type is selected. |
The Contract with this description will be the default for the Customer | Checkbox | When checked & "Auto select the Contract on a Ticket based on billing description" in Configuration>Contracts is also selected, if a Ticket is logged for a Client with an active Contract of this type, then the Contract will be automatically added to the Ticket. |
Email Template | Single Select | Determines the email template used when sending a contract. |
SLA Override | Single Select |
When setting an agreement on a ticket (via the agreement field, configurable on the ticket types field list), this will override the default SLA set at ticket type and site level. SLA Overrides can be set on an Agreement basis – the option here determines the default SLA when creating an Agreement of this type. |
