Adding Products to Quotations/Sales Orders
Products can be added to quotations and subsequently sales orders with the "Add Product" button.

Invoicing for Products
Products can be invoiced for in the "Ready for Invoicing" area of "Invoices".

Recurring products can be added to recurring invoices with the "Add Recurring Item" button.

Products can be set as recurring by enabling the "Is a Recurring Product" checkbox. This will also then show options for "Auto Renew" and "Default billing period".

Issuing Products on Tickets
Products can be issued on tickets in two ways. The first is using the "…" dropdown in the top right, and selecting "Issue Product".
Note: The "Items & Stock Control" module must be enabled.

The other option is to issue products from an action by using the system use "Issue Products" and selecting the Quick Action checkbox.

Note: The system use may be called "Issue Item". Additionally ensure the action is on the workflow/ticket type when trying to configure it.
When this action is clicked on a ticket, it will pull up the screen for adding products.
