Configuring the Attachments Tab as a Table
You can set the attachments tab on a ticket to show as a table (this is a global setting):
Configuration > Tickets > General Settings > Advanced:

Having this setting enabled will mean you can do actions on multiple attachments at the same time, such as deleting selected attachments.
Double clicking a row will download the attachment:
