What is an asset template?
Asset templates can be used as a base when creating new assets. Information about the asset can be saved to an asset template, then when creating a new asset the template can be applied rather than having to populate all the asset fields manually. Beneficial when you are creating lots of assets with similar properties as this makes the asset creation process much faster.
