Name | Free Text | Name of the Appointment Type |
Override Calendar Color | Checkbox | If selected the appointments added to a calendar can be given a specific color. When unselected the color will be default yellow. |
Calendar Color | Color Board | If override checkbox is selected, you can decide the color to override with using this setting |

Make Location field mandatory | Checkbox | When enabled, the agent or user logging the appointment of this type will have to fill in the location field as it is marked as mandatory. The location field can be turned on in Configuration>Calendars and Appointments>General Settings. |
Make Appointment Other 1 field mandatory | Checkbox | When enabled, the agent or user logging the appointment of this type will have to fill in the Appointment Other 1 field as it is marked as mandatory. The Appointment Other 1 field can be turned on in Configuration>Calendars and Appointments>General Settings. |
Make Appointment Other 2 field mandatory | Checkbox | When enabled, the agent or user logging the appointment of this type will have to fill in the Appointment Other 2 field as it is marked as mandatory. The Appointment Other 2 field can be turned on in Configuration>Calendars and Appointments>General Settings. |
Default Agent Status | Single Select | When using this appointment type, the agents status will be set to whatever status is used on the following single select dropdown. |
Available for Agent resource booking | Single Select | When enabled, appointments of this type will not make the agent unavailable for resource booking. That is, if an agent has an appointment of this type scheduled users can still book time with them. Typically used for reminder appointments. |
