Setting the Quotation Automations on a Workflow
In Configuration > Tickets > Workflows, choose the workflow you wish to add the automations to. Fig 1 shows how the workflow will appear once set up.

Clicking Edit in the top left, and then the pencil icon that appears on the step to edit it, then scroll until you see the Actions area shown in Fig 2 below. The highlighted ones are the ones we will be adding.

Press the "Add" button in the top right of Fig 2. In the "Action Type to Configure at this Step" box, select "Quote Approval Outcome".

Two boxes for "Quote Approval Outcome" and "Move Workflow" will then appear to fill in. You can then set which step you want your workflow to progress to.
Note: "Approved" and "Rejected" are the options for outcome, and each can only be used once. It will disappear from the dropdown once added into another action on the Action table.

Use on a Ticket
Once the quotation is accepted, it has moved the workflow to the next stage.

If the quotation is rejected instead, it moves the workflow to the Closed stage.
